  • All obstruction lights in this system are white medium intensity beacons, white flashing 20-60FPM, 20,000cd at day and 2,000cd at night
  • At least three units of white medium intensity obstruction lights are placed near the top level, which is 1.5m-3m lower than the top edge to avoid chemical emissions and heat generated from the chimney or cooling tower. At least three units of white medium intensity obstruction lights are placed on each level of 1/3 and 2/3 heights. The quantity on each level depends on the diameter of the horizontal plane the lights are placed on.
